INTERCAM SECURITIES, INC. IS LOOKING FOR A VICE PRESIDENT OF INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE BANKING FOR ITS OFFICE IN MIAMI, FLORIDA 33131.

THE VICE PRESIDENT OF INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE BANKING DELIVERS A QUALITY PRIVATE BANKING RELATIONSHIP IN AN INTENSELY COMPETITIVE, FRAGMENTED MARKET. THE VICE PRESIDENT OF INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE BANKING WORKS PRIMARILY WITH THE LATIN AMERICAN MARKET, MOSTLY MEXICO AND ARGENTINA. BEING RESPONSIBLE FOR NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT IN LATIN AMERICA, THE VICE PRESIDENT CREATES AND ORGANIZES SALES PLANS DESIGNATED TO ACQUIRE NEW CLIENTS, GENERATE LEADS, AND GROW THE BUSINESS WITH THE COLLABORATION OF OTHER BANKERS WITHIN THE COMPANY.

THE VICE PRESIDENT OF INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE BANKING HAS THE FOLLOWING DUTIES:
  • IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROFILING AND QUALIFYING PROSPECTIVE LATIN AMERICAN CLIENTS, ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH ALL LEGAL AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS.
  • INTERVIEWS CLIENTS ON A REGULAR BASIS TO DETERMINE FINANCIAL OBJECTIVES AND PRESENT INSIGHTFUL IDEAS AND SOLUTIONS BASED ON THEIR CURRENT NEEDS.
  • ADDS DISTINCTIVE VALUE TO SOPHISTICATED CLIENTS FROM LATIN AMERICA AND THE INTERMEDIARIES REPRESENTING THEM.
  • USES KNOWLEDGE OF FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC PRINCIPLES TO ANALYZE STATISTICAL DATA ON FINANCIAL INFORMATION CONCERNING FUTURE INVESTMENTS BY THESE SOPHISTICATED CLIENTS AND HIGH NET WORTH INDIVIDUALS, INCLUDING REVIEWING THE ANALYSIS OF THE CLIENTS' INVESTMENT OBJECTIVES AND REVIEWING THE INVESTMENT PRODUCTS BEST SUITED TO THE CLIENTS.
  • IDENTIFIES AND LEADS NEW CLIENT ACQUISITION AND RETENTION THROUGH A BROAD KNOWLEDGE OF INVESTMENTS, BANKING, AND FINANCIAL PLANNING.
  • CREATES, ORGANIZES AND IMPLEMENTS WEALTH MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES DESIGNED TO DEEPEN RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING CLIENTS.
  • DEVELOPS, MANAGES AND DEEPENS EXISTING CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS TO UNDERSTAND THE CLIENT SITUATION AND TO DEVELOP TAILORED WEALTH MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES.
  • MAINTAINS ACCESS AND CREDIBILITY WITH CLIENTS AS A TRUSTED FINANCIAL ADVISOR.
  • ASSISTS FINANCIAL ADVISORS TO PROFILE THEIR CLIENT BASE, IDENTIFY AND ANALYZE BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
  • DEVELOPS A PERSPECTIVE ON SPECIFIC CLIENT SITUATIONS IN ORDER TO PROACTIVELY AND EFFECTIVELY SELECT AND RECOMMEND SOLUTIONS THAT COULD RESOLVE THEIR ISSUES AND MEET THEIR OBJECTIVES
  • DELIVERS PERSONALIZED INVESTMENT SOLUTIONS TO HELP CLIENTS WORK TOWARD THEIR LONG-TERM FINANCIAL GOALS
  • TRAVEL ON A MONTHLY BASIS TO LATIN AMERICA.
  • AS GENERAL SECURITIES PRINCIPAL WITH A SERIES 24 LICENSE, THE VICE PRESIDENT OF INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE BANKING EFFECTIVELY PROTECTS THE FIRM AND ITS CLIENTS BY ENSURING THE SALES TEAM IS COMPLYING WITH RELEVANT POLICIES, PROCEDURES, AND LEGAL/REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS.
  • DEVELOPS AND CERTIFIES THAT THE SALES TEAM ADAPTS THE DISCIPLINED SALES PROCESS TO A ROBUST PIPELINE OF PROSPECTS INTO TARGET MARKET CLIENTS.
  • ENSURES SALES TEAM COMPLIANCE WITH ALL LEGAL AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS.
  • ENSURES THAT EVERY CLIENT IS ACCEPTABLE FOR PRIVATE BANKING AND MEET ALL KNOW YOUR CLIENT REGULATIONS.
  • ASSURES THAT ALL PRODUCTS DISCUSSED AND OFFERED TO THE CLIENTS ARE SUITABLE.
  • LEADS AND DEVELOPS AN EFFECTIVE TEAM THROUGH COACHING, COMMUNICATION, AND ACTIVE MANAGEMENT.
  • ENSURES THE TEAM MEETS AND EXCEEDS ESTABLISHED SALES AND REVENUE GOALS, WHILE KEEPING CLOSE SUPERVISION FOR THE SALE AND SERVICING OF INVESTMENT PRODUCTS.
  • BUILDS PRODUCT AWARENESS AND UNDERSTANDING AMONG FINANCIAL ADVISORS.
  • MANAGES EACH ACCOUNT TO ENSURE THAT THE CLIENT HAS A COMPLETED PROFILE, IS INTRODUCED TO THE APPROPRIATE PRODUCT SPECIALISTS AND THAT ACCOUNTS ARE PROPERLY MAINTAINED AND SERVICED.
  • HANDLES INQUIRIES AND RESOLVE PROBLEMS WHENEVER CONTACTED BY A CLIENT OR TEAM MEMBER.
  • NEGOTIATE TERMS, DETERMINE PRICING, AND DOCUMENT STANDARDS AND COMPLEX TRANSACTIONS.
  • ENSURES OPERATIONAL INTEGRITY, EXPENSE CONTROL AND MINIMIZED ERROR AND LOSSES.
  • ESTABLISHES A REPUTATION OF EXECUTION AND EXCELLENCE IN ORDER TO GAIN THE CONFIDENCE OF SALES TEAM.
  • DEVELOPS AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS ACROSS ALL LEVELS OF THE ORGANIZATION, WITH FOCUS ON GUIDANCE TO ENTRY LEVEL STAFF.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN FINANCE, ECONOMICS, MATH, OR ENGINEERING.
  • VALID AND ACTIVE SERIES 7, 66, AND 24 LICENSES.
  • VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
  • DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS POSITION, BILINGUAL (ENGLISH AND SPANISH) IS REQUIRED TO PERFORM JOB DUTIES.
  • WILLING AND ABLE TO TRAVEL ON A MONTHLY BASIS TO LATIN AMERICA (FREQUENTLY MEXICO, AND OCCASIONALLY ARGENTINA) TO VISIT EXISTING CLIENTS AND PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS.
